      • Keep all parts away from heat sources and sharp objects. The working temperature range is -30°C to 40°C.

      • The canopy fabric is fire retardant but will burn if in continuous contact with a flame source.

      • The tent should be anchored as soon as it is set up.

      • Do not use the tent when winds are stronger than level 6 on the Beaufort scale.

      • Always store the tent in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated place. Do not pack the tent when it is wet.

No. The fabrics are treated to be fire-retardant, meaning they resist ignition and will self-extinguish if the flame source is removed. However, they are not fire-proof and will burn if left in continuous contact with a flame. Never use heaters or open flames inside or near the tents.
Use a soft cloth or sponge with a simple solution of mild soap and lukewarm water. Gently clean the affected area, rinse with clean water, and always allow the fabric to air dry completely before storing it.
The TPU bladders can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid using any sharp objects or harsh chemical cleaners on them.
First, locate the puncture on the fully deflated TPU tube. Clean and dry the area thoroughly. Then, peel the backing off the adhesive patch and apply it firmly over the hole, ensuring there are no air bubbles. Press firmly for at least 30 seconds.
The legs are often a high-contact area. Using a durable, black-colored material helps to hide dirt and scuffs from setup and takedown, keeping the tent looking cleaner for longer.
